“The blue hour is a quite short moment wich is in the middle of two different and opposite universes. Very early in the morning or late in the evening. It is something inbetween two things. I tried to convey the magic of the transition between day and night, with its cross-currents of euphoria and yearning, when melancholy and remembrance merge. It’s not dark, it’s not bright, it’s a sort of undefined limbo. It seems that the colours combine to one. I feel connected with this moment and tried to visualise my feelings in an installation which exists only this short time.”

“Die blaue Stunde ist ein ziemlich kurzer Moment, der sich inmitten zweier verschiedener und entgegengesetzter Universen befindet. Sehr früh am Morgen oder spät am Abend. Es ist etwas zwischen zwei Dingen. Ich versuchte, die Magie des Übergangs zwischen Tag und Nacht mit seinen Querströmungen von Euphorie und Sehnsucht zu vermitteln, wenn Melancholie und Erinnerung verschmelzen. Es ist nicht dunkel, es ist nicht hell, es ist eine Art undefinierte Schwebe. Es scheint, dass sich die Farben zu einem verbinden. Ich fühle mich mit diesem Moment verbunden und habe versucht, meine Gefühle in einer Installation zu visualisieren, die nur in dieser kurzen Zeit existiert”
