Dr. Anja Cherdron-Modig /// INTRODUCTION /// 31.01.2017

body_installation /// photography /// 2016
The blue hour is a quite short moment wich is in the middle of two different and opposite universes. Very early in the morning or late in the evening. It is something inbetween two things. I tried to convey the magic of the transition between day and night, with its cross-currents of euphoria and yearning, when melancholy and remembrance merge. It’s not dark, it’s not bright, it’s a sort of undefined limbo. It seems that the colours combine to one. I feel connected with this moment and tried to visualise my feelings in an installation which exists only this short time.
